I help growing SMEs structure their operations, optimize their CRM, and automate processes that slow down tracking, sales, and delivery. My approach is simple: I transform underutilized tools (CRM, project management, automation) into concrete systems that the team adopts and that generate measurable gains. I work primarily with companies that have real, complex operations (multi-team, multi-project, field + office) and want to stop “managing by hand”: unclear pipelines, forgotten follow-ups, incomplete data, repetitive tasks, non-standardized processes. I act as an Ops/RevOps partner: I clarify the process, configure the structure (pipelines, properties, views, dashboards), implement automations (routing, follow-ups, tasks, onboarding), and integrate AI in a pragmatic way—as a co-pilot—to speed up writing, sorting, and follow-up, while keeping governance simple.
